Your Impact- Develop and execute sub-category sourcing strategies aligned with the overall category plan
- Reach cost savings targets by conducting market research and supplier benchmarking (considering “Low-Cost Country” strategy) to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Identify best sources for part quotation, ensuring RFX on time/cost/delivery and selecting best supplier for AGCO needs
- Develop purchase bids for multiple projects while interacting with internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
- Take the lead for Long Term Agreements, managing supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings, optimize payment terms, and drive value creation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), Business Administration, or related business field; minimum 5 years of experience
- Fluent English communication; proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); strong interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years of negotiation experience in Purchasing, hands‑on and result‑driven approach; experience in Castings category is a plus
- Strong negotiation ability, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset
- Reduce product cost by
-2% YoY, optimize payment terms, achieve new product introduction goals (cost/productivity/timing), manage supplier basis increasing dual‑sourcing and LCC content in NA
