Senior Strategy and Business Development Manager

Lead strategy development for new ventures, business lines, partnerships, and portfolio expansion.

Conduct market, financial, and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.

Structure deals, business models, and go-to-market strategies.

Assemble, coordinate, and lead cross-functional teams (ops, finance, product, legal, etc.).

Drive project execution from ideation to pilot to scale-up.

Build investment cases and board-ready materials.

Manage senior external stakeholders: partners, investors, corporate leaders, and government counterparts.

Track performance, validate assumptions, and refine strategy based on results.

Minimum 7–10 years experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, venture building, or innovation roles.

Proven ability to design strategy frameworks and translate them into actionable execution plans.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team orchestration.

Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation ability.
