In this remote role open to candidates throughout Peru, you will work during your local working hours and focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business within the CFD industry in the Peru region. You will expand and manage a portfolio of Brokers and Partners while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, working closely with regional marketing and client relations teams.

Job Requirements Qualification & Experience
  • 3 years and above of work experience in the CFD industry within business development, with strong experience dealing with IBs and partners.
  • Strong base of IBs and partners through personal portfolios in the respective markets; a diploma or degree in any field; technical and functional skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce and others as part of business development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for preparing sales pitch/decks.
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling relationship building with partners and clients.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and proficiency in English.
Other Requirements
  • Occasional travel within Peru required (10%).
  • Need personal device & laptop for remote work.
Job Responsibilities
  • Business leads origination – Identify new leads for expansion and develop new ways to grow the business within the CFD industry.
  • Active business relationship building and engagement – Maintain strong relationships with IBs and expanding our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a healthy pipeline of sales by diversifying the IB pool from personal or industry contacts to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Competitor analysis – Conduct periodic competitor analysis to understand potential competition and identify opportunities for VT Markets to capitalize on for growth.
  • Troubleshooting and business support – Act as primary contact for partner and IB issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through a well‑managed pipeline.
  • Develop strong relationships with personal portfolios of IBs and partners.
  • Significant contribution to business top‑line and user acquisition.
  • Active participation in social events such as workshops, seminars, and other business development activities.
