• Identify acquisition and investment targets, developing business cases through market analysis and competitive landscape evaluation
• Lead end-to-end M&A and investment processes, including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
• Develop comprehensive financial models to assess potential transactions, conducting analyses to evaluate earnings impacts
• Drive product evaluation during due diligence, assessing target products and their integration feasibility
• Create detailed post-acquisition integration plans to enhance product offerings and maximize synergies

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, venture capital, or private equity within the technology sector
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, business, statistics, or economics; MBA is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of leading successful acquisitions with a focus on product-driven outcomes
• Strong M&A deal execution experience, including financial modeling and negotiations
• 2+ years of product management experience in AI-driven companies, particularly in B2B SaaS or applied machine learning

• Depth of experience in AI/ML domain with knowledge of LLMs, AI-driven product strategy, and commercialization of applied AI
• Strong numerical fluency and analytical problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to leverage customer and market data to inform business strategy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
