Bid Proposal Analyst – i2G
i2G Systems, a leader in advanced physical electronic security and life safety solutions, is seeking a Bid Proposal Analyst to support the proposal development process by analyzing bid opportunities, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver high‑quality, competitive bids.
Responsibilities- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary inputs for bid responses.
- Develop and maintain bid schedules, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Assist in the creation of bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices.
- Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
- Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions.
- Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools.
- Travel as needed, with occasional presence in an i2G office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or equivalent work experience (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with procurement processes or bids.
- Familiarity with CRM and bid management software (e.g., Salesforce, RFPIO, Loopio).
- Office‑based with potential for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
