• Execute rapid unit openings with minimal delays while maintaining design excellence
• Target:
Achieve market-leading turnaround times with controlled opener costs

Design quality scores and unit-level rental income stabilization within 90 days - Turnaround Time Compression
• Dramatically reduce average TAT (Turnaround Time) to beat competition benchmarks

Weekly TAT tracker and completion milestones - FF&E Procurement Excellence
• Drive significant cost savings through strategic sourcing and vendor management
