What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the Servicing Accelerator Program, managing cohort hiring, onboarding, and rotational planning
  • Drive employee engagement strategy, including events and recognition programs
  • Build scalable frameworks for engagement and development across teams
  • Create measurement frameworks for engagement initiatives and maintain budget tracking
  • Represent Servicing Programs in enterprise talent forums to highlight successes and needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4-6+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness
  • Proven success in designing and executing scalable employee programs across multiple locations
  • Ability to translate feedback and engagement data into measurable outcomes
  • Experience in developing and delivering learning or leadership content
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in Servicing, Operations, or Contact Center environments within fintech or financial services
  • Prior ownership of an early‑career rotational or development program
  • Familiarity with engagement measurement tools and qualitative feedback analysis
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross‑functional initiatives involving People Ops and Compliance
  • Passion for developing people and helping early‑career professionals grow
