- Ability to translate feedback and engagement data into measurable outcomes
- Experience in developing and delivering learning or leadership content
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities
- Experience in Servicing, Operations, or Contact Center environments within fintech or financial services
- Prior ownership of an early‑career rotational or development program
- Familiarity with engagement measurement tools and qualitative feedback analysis
- Demonstrated success in driving cross‑functional initiatives involving People Ops and Compliance
- Passion for developing people and helping early‑career professionals grow
