Overview

Fastlane Lending Solutions is a point-of-sale Home Improvement Lending business, focused on offering homeowners financing products that allow them to complete home projects with reputable contractors and dealers. We offer highly competitive lending products and a smooth and attractive application and approval process.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of high-performing Sales Managers, helping the team to develop and manage leads, engage, and onboard contractors and dealers to the Fastlane Lending Solutions platform. An ideal candidate should have robust experience in the home improvement lending space and the ability to oversee day-to-day sales activities for a Home Improvement Lender. As a growing business, we are seeking a self-starter who has a disposition for problem-solving and a drive to action.

This person will work cross-functionally among various departments to share feedback from the field, contribute to improving sales processes and sales enablement tools, and help optimize our product offering.

As a remote-first organization, Fastlane Lending Solutions will be geographically distributed across the US. This role is fully remote anywhere in the United States and can also take advantage of Lakeview’s offices in New York City, NY, or Coral Gables, FL. Compensation is $250K base pay, with meaningful bonus/upside potential negotiable based on experience and location.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and develop a sales team to support dealer sales, onboarding, training, and adoption of Fastlane Lending Solutions products.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Managers to develop leads, sharpen engagement strategies, and complete onboarding of new contractors and dealers.
  • Develop and implement dealer distribution strategies, dealer network development, and partnership strategies to grow the business and drive origination volumes.
  • Support ongoing refinement of marketing approach, including targeted strategies for large account development, prioritization of industry conferences and events, and improving messaging around our products and value proposition.
  • Monitor individual contractor adoption and activation levels and create a nurture track through incentives and communication to drive product adoption.
  • Establish and measure KPIs and solicit feedback from our dealer network to drive improvements to product offerings, services, platform capabilities, and engagement models.
  • Build core relationships with industry brokers/influencers to drive network growth.
  • Design partnership strategies with OEMs and Distributors, including custom marketing materials and GTM strategy with agreed-upon metrics for success and bi-weekly check-ins to review reporting.
  • Respond and win financing RFPs for OEMs that offer home improvement products.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Compliance Standards.
  • Own national dealer sales strategy and execution by setting and managing annual origination targets.
  • Accountable for revenue growth and national dealer channel performance.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts and budget recommendations.
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Elevate team management by leading and developing a high-performing national sales organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership on product and execution of GTM strategies.
  • 50% domestic travel is expected.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in home improvement lending, point-of-sale financing, dealer/contractor networks, or related financial services.
  • 5+ years leading manager or individual contributors, ideally overseeing multi-state or national teams.
  • Proven track record building or scaling a dealer/contractor network, including onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement.
  • Demonstrated success developing GTM strategies, dealer distribution strategies, and channel expansion plans.
  • Experience partnering with OEMs and Distributors, including co-marketing, incentive structures, and program rollout.
  • Strong background responding to RFPs, ideally with major home improvement brands or national manufacturers.
