The Assembly Planning teams manage Co‑Packing activities for a Signature facilitating coordination of production planning, understanding of trade‑offs, and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Coordinating monthly production requirements for internal and external co‑packing sites.
- Responsible for creating and driving Assembly timelines for a variety of items such as prepacks and promotional mailings. Understands and communicates risk and constraints while holding team members accountable to their deliverables.
- Effectively communicating, mitigating, and managing risk with both Supply Chain and Business counterparts.
- Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions, and streamlines communication to business partners.
- Manage Co‑Packer performance and drive accountability to aligned lead times and commitments.
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
- 5 years of relevant job experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with diverse cross‑functional partners
- MS Office experience, strong proficiency in Excel with comfort analyzing/manipulating large data sets and presenting visually
- Comfort with ERP Systems – SAP APO and ECC experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- An enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
- Salary Range: $90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job‑related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
