• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and coordinate source selection alignment
• Proactively track and manage supplier work in process (WIP) and maintain promise dating
• Maintain purchase orders and manage supplier exceptions, technical changes, and pricing
• Coordinate resolution of quality issues and manage supplier risks to program plans
• Collaborate across functional groups to ensure effective supply chain management

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply management, operations, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• U.S. citizenship is required due to access restrictions under the program/contract
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to leverage working relationships across teams
• Willingness to travel as needed (10-15%)

• Experience with analytical tools such as VBA, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and advanced Excel automation
• Familiarity with SAP data tables
