** Commercial Strategic Programs delivers on Aetna's Commercial business priorities by building and maintaining governance forums, connecting across matrix business partners, and turning customer and colleague insights into action. The team ensures alignment, execution, and measurable results to grow and retain business across all Commercial segments.
** Position Summary
** The Senior Business Consultant plays an important role in driving Commercial business growth and performance through cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.  This includes synthesis of customer feedback across multiple sources, such as plan sponsors, members, sales and service teams, brokers and consultants to surface actionable insights that improve stakeholder experience. The role also partners with Government Affairs, Legal and Compliance teams, to proactively identify and address regulatory and legislative changes impacting the business.  

Additionally, this position provides support for evolving business priorities and strategic projects as needed.
** Responsibilities:
*** Analyze and synthesize multiple sources of customer/member feedback.
* Identify trends, recommend and implement actions to improve stakeholder experience and business performance.
* Communicate findings and drive alignment with business partners and Field teams.
* Lead engagement with Government Affairs, Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
* Track progress on action items and ensure follow-through.
* Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.

* Required Qualifications:

*** 5+ years of experience in program or project management (commercial health insurance experience preferred).
* Experience in business consulting, customer experience or health plan operations.
* Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
** Pay Range
** The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
