Headof Sales
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales.
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets.
- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory.
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Inflow, or similar).
- Experience building a sales department from the ground up.
- Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration.
- Results‑driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.
- Full‑time remote position: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (NY time zone)
- Fixed salary with uncapped commission based on goals performed.
