• Lead and mentor teams of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers across enterprise and commercial segments
• Own Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Retention Rate (NRR) for the Americas region, focusing on adoption and renewals
• Implement operational excellence in forecasting, account coverage, and success planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Engineering to drive account growth and customer satisfaction
• Launch and oversee regional programs aligned with global strategy, identifying growth opportunities

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS leadership
• Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion targets at scale
• Experience leading distributed teams and managing leaders
• Strong operational skills in forecasting, playbooks, and success plans
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels

• Experience with project management or work management software
• Familiarity with data and analytics tools, including Salesforce and Clari
• Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, matrixed environment
