What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the coordination, planning, documentation, and management of medium to complex projects from initiation to delivery
  • Develop project charters, schedules, and success criteria while managing project risks and resources
  • Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and identify areas for future improvement
  • Analyze current business processes and implement strategies for productivity and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required;
    Lean Six Sigma (LSS) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of the benefits industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with Service and Operations functions and their interrelationships within an organization
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and frameworks such as DMAIC and process mapping
  • Ability to persuade and build trust with stakeholders independent of reporting structure
  • Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration for problem-solving and decision-making
