- Lead the coordination, planning, documentation, and management of medium to complex projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop project charters, schedules, and success criteria while managing project risks and resources
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and identify areas for future improvement
- Analyze current business processes and implement strategies for productivity and operational efficiency
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required;
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) preferred - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the benefits industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with Service and Operations functions and their interrelationships within an organization
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and frameworks such as DMAIC and process mapping
- Ability to persuade and build trust with stakeholders independent of reporting structure
- Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration for problem-solving and decision-making
