What you will be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their goals and providing proactive support.
  • Anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities or issues, and recommend solutions that drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with marketing, product, sales, and other teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Leverage customer insights and benchmark data to identify upsell opportunities and optimize product usage.
  • Engage in customer visits, events, or trade shows as needed to strengthen partnerships.

Program Coordination & Order Processing Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and compliance of assigned programs, including managing timelines, deliverables, and program documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program details, inquiries, and issue resolution across cross‑functional teams.
  • Process orders and ensure alignment with program requirements and customer expectations.
  • Track program performance and provide updates or reporting to stakeholders.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Three to five years of relevant experience or training in customer service, customer experience, customer success, or a related field (required)
