Data & Business Analyst – Teachers of Tomorrow

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Data & Business Analyst to transform data into insights that drive smarter business decisions and better outcomes. This role works closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to analyze key performance data and provide actionable insights.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources including marketing funnels, CRM systems, call center operations, and financial reporting tools.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations (preferably in Power BI) to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing to optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Support Operations by analyzing call center metrics such as response times, agent performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency trends.
• Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to align operational performance with revenue and cost drivers, supporting forecasting and budget processes.
• Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and outliers in data to guide decision-making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define reporting needs and standardize data definitions.
• Assist in building predictive models and forecasts to improve planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel/SQL skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Curious self‑starter with relentless follow‑through.
• Experience in a B2C marketing‑driven organization is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools;
  Power BI experience is a plus.
