Diagnostics Solutions Executive (USA, REMOTE)
Danaher Corporation is looking for a Diagnostics Solutions Executive to join our team of leaders who innovate for tangible impact in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology. Responsibilities- Understand the business and financial goals of your customer and put together a sound account plan for why the customer should choose Danaher Diagnostics as their partner of choice.
- Develop relationships within the C‑suite of select accounts as well as key stakeholders within the different accounts attached to the Health System (i.e., Committee Members, Procurement, Medical Directors, etc.).
- Build and lead the strategic YOY business plan within each Health System incorporating key value drivers for both the customer and Danaher for sustained partnership and revenue growth.
- Utilize DBS tools to lead sales campaigns and ensure each team member understands the needs of the whole value proposition.
- Partner with Delivery Operations to ensure installation, go‑live and post‑install maintenance are successful and provide a high‑level view of all activities to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Partner with Operating Company commercial leadership to ensure alignment between local teams and the overall Health System, and provide coaching and mentoring to commercial associates.
- Commercial responsibilities include managing funnel velocity, account action plan development, executive level selling of OpCo offering, consolidating proposals, architecting final solutions, attending executive QBRs, and developing executive‑level relationships.
- Travel up to 75% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or sciences); master’s degree preferred.
- Twenty+ years of sales experience, at least fifteen in a hospital or laboratory setting.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with demonstrated ability to conduct executive‑level presentations.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Solid project management skills.
Base salary range: $230,000 – $270,000 per year. Role is fully remote with eligibility for a flexible home‑office arrangement. Eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
