This is a full‑time hybrid role based in West Palm Beach, FL, allowing some flexibility to work from home. The Aircraft Charter Advisor will manage client relationships, coordinate private jet charter services, and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs. Responsibilities include liaising with operators, ensuring optimal safety standards, and offering exceptional customer service. The advisor will negotiate contracts, oversee booking processes, and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

• Strong expertise in Customer Service with a client‑focused approach
• Knowledge and experience in Aircraft Leasing and Aviation operations
• Familiarity with Airlines and Flights operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in aviation or private charter services is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines
