What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute value realization plans that align with customer business outcomes
  • Conduct regular business reviews focusing on ROI achievement and strategic alignment
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive effective governance
  • Identify expansion opportunities and track valuable metrics throughout the customer journey
  • Monitor adoption metrics and facilitate knowledge transfer within the customer's organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting within SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Comprehensive technical acumen to understand and apply complex platform capabilities
  • Proven experience driving value realization and ROI tracking through data insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with value-based customer engagement frameworks, including MEDDPICC
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and data platforms
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar Customer Success platforms
  • Additional language skills, such as Spanish, are a plus
