- Comprehensive technical acumen to understand and apply complex platform capabilities
- Proven experience driving value realization and ROI tracking through data insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
- Experience with value-based customer engagement frameworks, including MEDDPICC
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and data platforms
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar Customer Success platforms
- Additional language skills, such as Spanish, are a plus
