Sales Development Manager / Sales Trainer (Remote)

This role is responsible for training, managing, and enforcing performance standards for a team of outbound solar appointment setters.

This is a fully remote position.

• Train and develop outbound appointment setters
• Teach and enforce existing scripts, call flow, tonality, and objection handling
• Run weekly coaching and training sessions
• Review calls and provide direct, actionable feedback
• Hold reps accountable to daily activity and results
• Own team KPIs:
• Dials
• Qualified sets
• Show / sit rate

• 3+ years sales experience
• 2+ years leadership or team management experience
• Background in cold outreach (doors or phones)
• Proven history of personally producing at a high level
• Has trained reps whose work resulted in installs
• Comfortable giving direct feedback and enforcing standards
• Strong work ethic and urgency
