Position: Vendor Management Coordinator (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as a primary contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage compliance processes and documentation for all vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process, including processing applications and contracts
  • Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to underperforming vendors
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-5 years of related title experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills to effectively partner with vendors and customers
  • Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience negotiating with vendors to manage customer needs
  • Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines relevant to the title industry
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
