- Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
- Manage the compliance process and ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations
- Oversee the vendor onboarding process, including processing applications and maintaining profiles
- Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to underperforming vendors
- Maintain the vendor management program policies and documentation repository
- 2-5 years of related title experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively partner with vendors and customers
- Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience in negotiation and managing customer needs during vendor negotiations
- Knowledge of products, state regulations, and industry guidelines
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
