Position: Vendor Management Coordinator (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the compliance process and ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations
  • Oversee the vendor onboarding process, including processing applications and maintaining profiles
  • Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to underperforming vendors
  • Maintain the vendor management program policies and documentation repository
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2-5 years of related title experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively partner with vendors and customers
  • Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in negotiation and managing customer needs during vendor negotiations
  • Knowledge of products, state regulations, and industry guidelines
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
