We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic Senior Product Manager who’s passionate about delivering world‑class user experiences. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of forwarder‑focused products that help our customers win more shipments — and shape the future of our platform as we scale.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing Series B startup, backed by Index Ventures and Bessemer, at the forefront of digitising a $123bn global industry.

• Own the roadmap for a core set of forwarder‑facing applications
• Deeply understand user needs by engaging directly with customers
• Define key metrics and collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and support
• Drive adoption and ACV growth through great product decisions
• Ship features that make a real impact — across both enterprise and SMB customers

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at late Series A to Series C startups
• Proven experience leading product strategy or owning a portfolio
• Strong communication and writing skills; comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Technically curious and product‑oriented
• Experienced in managing backlogs, defining metrics, and delivering measurable outcomes
• A strong individual contributor who wants to stay close to the work
