We are seeking a strategic Senior Account Manager to deepen our client partnerships and drive new business growth. This is a senior role for a professional who excels at building trust, expanding relationships, and contributing to the business development of an agency committed to making a difference.
Your Mission:Nurture Relationships & Fuel Growth for Social Impact
Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of existing nonprofit and foundation clients. Nurture these relationships to ensure their success, identify new opportunities, and expand partnerships into ongoing retainers and new projects.
Lead the agency’s efforts to cultivate new relationships. You will oversee proposal development, lead meetings with potential clients, and play a key role in securing partnerships with organizations aligned with our social impact mission.
Partner closely with our internal teams of designers, strategists, and project managers. Leverage your deep understanding of digital project life cycles (especially for medium-to-large websites) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Contribute to shaping Madeo’s account management standards, processes, and best practices, helping to elevate the entire team’s approach to client service and strategic growth.
Essential
Qualifications:
7+ years of combined experience in account management, client partnership, and project management within a digital creative agency or similar environment.
A demonstrated history of working with or a genuine, deep commitment to progressive nonprofits, foundations, or cultural institutions. You understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
Hands-on experience managing the lifecycle of medium-to-large-scale website and digital projects from conception through launch and beyond. You are a knowledgeable partner to both clients and internal production teams.
A track record of contributing to new business growth, including leading proposal efforts, pitching to potential clients, and successfully converting opportunities into partnerships.
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients. Previous experience in digital strategy or related advisory roles is a significant plus, enabling you to provide high-level guidance and identify strategic opportunities.
