• Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management on project status
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus
