Customer Success Manager

• Salary up to $90,000, including a performance-based quarterly bonus

• Own the customer experience with the employer’s products, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and equipping them with tailored applications of the employer's data and products
• Drive new use cases and value propositions by aligning customer business objectives with the use of employer data
• Collaborate with the commercial team to expand customer relationships and manage custom data requests
• Onboard and support customers throughout their lifecycle, showcasing how the employer can assist in strategic decision making

• Strong track record in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a high-growth startup
• Experience managing a large book of business and consistently exceeding retention quotas
• Excellent communication skills, especially with technical products, and experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Fascination with the new subscriber economy, including streaming services, and established relationships in the ecosystem
• Previous experience in innovative, high-growth companies that aim to disrupt the status quo
• Experience working with viewership data
