What We Are Looking ForWe seek an entry‑level Revenue Manager who performs a variety of revenue management tasks to support owner, client, and property revenue goals outlined in budgets and proforma rents. The individual will assist associates using CONAM Revenue Services at regional and property levels and oversee the partnership between associates, clients, owners, partners, and vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities Revenue Duties- Support pricing calls for new leases and renewals.
- Conduct monthly pricing performance audits for all properties.
- Assist teams with revenue goals and metrics.
- Oversee the renewal process in the revenue management system.
- Maintain accountability measures for Regional Portfolio Managers and Community Managers to complete monthly market surveys.
- Support monthly reporting efforts, including rental rate evaluations, rent vs budget, market rates, competitor pricing, pricing recommendations, leasing velocity metrics, property performance, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Assist the Senior Revenue Manager with system setup and configuration for each property.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and rent legislation at all jurisdictional levels.
- Evaluate new business requests (RFI) with revenue and market analyses and promote CONAM revenue services.
- Generate new business for the Revenue Department, both new and existing clients.
- Oversee new revenue initiatives, rollouts, and product evaluation programs; provide analytical reporting.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement revenue management training for regional and site associates.
- Monitor property performance to meet revenue goals outlined in budgets and proforma rents.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in creating plans to enhance the leasing experience.
- Assist pricing recommendations by implementing tools such as hold‑time reporting, analytical performance reports, best pricing practices, and operational training.
- Ensure accountability for audit tasks, including premium and amenity audits to keep PMS pricing accurate.
- Communicate with Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Portfolio Managers, Area Managers, and Community Managers.
- Answer general questions, address revenue concerns, respond to service tickets, and support properties with revenue services.
- Respond within 48 hours of requests and provide status updates throughout the project timeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing, or equivalent.
- 2‑3 years of revenue management experience.
- Multi‑family industry experience preferred.
- Preferred knowledge of PMS systems (Yardi or One Site).
- Experience with revenue management platforms (REBA or LRO).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of revenue management philosophies, pricing strategies, and platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

Pay bands are established based on geographic location, internal equity, market conditions, and candidate qualifications. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
