About the Role

As Buyer, you’ll play a key role in developing trend-led, commercially successful product ranges for the UK, Europe and the USA

What You’ll Be Doing

* Developing and delivering innovative, on-trend product ranges for multiple markets

* Analysing performance data to inform future buying decisions

* Bringing fresh product and fabric ideas, staying ahead of trends

* Managing and maintaining comprehensive range plans

* Negotiating prices, terms and MOQs to achieve commercial targets

* Creating spec documents and ensuring all samples meet required standards

* Managing critical paths to ensure on-time development and licensor approvals

* Conducting comp shops and market research to identify new opportunities

* Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers across China, Pakistan, India, Turkey and more

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Buying, Sourcing, Manufacturing or Product Development within branded products or the above categories

* Strong commerciality with the ability to manage costings and hit price points

* Confident negotiator with experience working directly with factories

* Excellent attention to detail, especially around product quality and spec accuracy

* Strong communication skills, written and verbal

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and wider MS Office
