We are looking for an Administrator to join the Balfour Beatty UKCS Scotland team
, where you will be based in our Maxim office in Motherwell
.
- Issue and record Subcontract Orders via Adobe Sign. Monitor and follow-up unsigned Orders.
- Book and record travel and accommodation through CTM portal.
- Perform general admin duties.
- Complete Job Done Cards for the My C Team.
- Maintain archiving with Iron Mountain; retrieve records when required, check for expired boxes and arrange destruction.
- Assist with bookings for CSCS and CPCS cards and other training courses as required (e.g. Fire Marshal, First Aid).
- Other admin tasks that may be required by line manager.
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable and professional person.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Organised with excellent timekeeping skills.
- Computer literate.
- Smart working, allowing flexible start and finish times with up to 40% remote working where roles allow.
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
