Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems that enable smart decision-making across the organization.
Analyze business performance to spot trends, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Actively seek ways to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years’ experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role.
An enthusiasm for tackling problems and transforming data into meaningful stories.
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).
Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
