- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SPD/GI Lab/OR sales and service
- Proven experience in solution/conceptual sales and sales management
- Working knowledge of SPD/GI Lab/OR environments
- Experience in hospital executive-level negotiations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate expectations clearly
- Knowledge of contract management and customer relations strategies
- Experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Familiarity with sales process management software
