What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and capitalize on business prospects within existing and new customers
  • Oversee sales processes and ensure timely contract renewals
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor loaner inventories and manage equipment pickup and delivery processes
  • Conduct routine business reviews with customers generating $60,000 or more in annual revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • B.S. degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time or more
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SPD/GI Lab/OR sales and service
  • Proven experience in solution/conceptual sales and sales management
  • Working knowledge of SPD/GI Lab/OR environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in hospital executive-level negotiations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate expectations clearly
  • Knowledge of contract management and customer relations strategies
  • Experience in a high-volume sales environment
  • Familiarity with sales process management software
