• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within existing and new customers
• Oversee and manage sales processes with both new and existing clients
• Ensure timely and accurate contract renewals and monitor adherence to contract terms
• Resolve customer issues promptly and plan educational in-services with clients
• Provide guidance to field teams and create a culture of accountability

• B.S. degree in Business or related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel 50% of the time or more
• Minimum of 10 years of SPD/GI Lab/OR sales and service experience
• Proven experience in solution/conceptual sales and sales management
• Working knowledge of SPD/GI Lab/OR

• Experience in hospital executive-level negotiations
• Strong leadership and team communication skills
• Familiarity with contract management processes
• Proven track record in building customer relationships
• Experience with business reviews and strategic planning
