Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll provide seamless support to clients. You’ll help manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive experience. This role offers growth in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Support Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service so clients feel understood and informed
  • Play an active role in the annual business‑planning process to develop future strategies
  • Listen for client life events that may signal a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls, e‑mail, and in‑person interactions to provide service
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain a superior experience
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal staff
  • Manage account opening, transfers, and other requests as directed by the financial advisor
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and keep accurate client records
  • Support administrative tasks: schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, and assist marketing initiatives
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software
