Help a high-growth manufacturer professionalize its finance operations
, automate core processes, and shape scalable systems. You’ll own the accounting function end-to-end
, with a special focus on inventory accounting and audit readiness
, while enabling the CFO to focus on strategic initiatives. If you thrive in building structure, implementing automation, and driving measurable business outcomes, this role is for you.

• Accounting Operations & Close: Lead the monthly/quarterly close; maintain GL accuracy; ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Inventory Management: Overhaul and manage inventory processes; establish controls; drive accuracy from receiving through COGS.
• Financial Statements & Audits: Prepare and present financial statements; own audit management, documentation, and timely remediation of findings.
• Cash, Banking & Insurance: Partner with HR on payroll; manage banking relationships, debt service tracking, covenant compliance, and insurance renewals.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Design and implement standardized workflows; leverage Business Central, Jet Reports, and Excel to automate reconciliations, variance analysis, and dashboards.
• Systems Modernization: Lead planned Cloud ERP migration and CRM implementation; define requirements, test, train users, and drive adoption.
• Business Partnership: Provide actionable insights to leadership; support pricing, margin, and working capital initiatives; strengthen internal controls.

• CPA (required) with strong manufacturing and inventory accounting experience (standard costing, variance analysis, cycle counts).
• Proven success leading audit management and improving control environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central/SAP/Oracle/Net Suite/Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills;
