Sales Commissions Analyst

• Administer compensation plans and process commission payments for employees
• Ensure adherence to commissions governance framework and audit commission payments
• Provide support and analysis to sales teams regarding compensation plans
• Perform detailed sales reporting and analysis, including annual commission compensation planning
• Lead projects and manage team members as needed

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of related commissions administration experience
• Strong/advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Proven ability to lead projects and tasks independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience using Xactly software
• Sales reporting experience and a willingness to take on management responsibilities
• Ability to adapt to change and manage time effectively
