You Will Do
As the Manager-Order to Delivery for the Luxe Division you will lead, develop and inspire a team to exceed customer expectations and achieve organization objectives. You will work collaboratively to drive continuous improvements in the areas of order life cycle, speed to market and cost to serve. You will also be responsible for providing effective communication both internally and externally, as well as maintaining strong, strategic relationships with stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Monitor flow of orders, proactively communicating any risk to achievement of monthly net sales goals
- Develop and retain strong team dynamic by coaching and mentoring individual members
- Provide ongoing feedback with a focus on challenging and inspiring team members
- Identify and lead projects focused on improving efficiency, processes and/or reducing costs
- Oversee training and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure reporting and actioning against key departmental KPIs
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Business or related field
- 5+ years related experience
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Power BI a plus
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and data management skills
- Proven ability to identify and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Dependable and reliable self-starter
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Salary Range: $90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
