- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to present findings effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in additional analytical tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Python, or R
- Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to connect data insights to strategic objectives
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
