Job Description
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst who will support a particular agile workstream team (either Integration or UI) to help gather requirements, ensure delivery meets required needs, and ensures work will be accepted without any major issues.

Capabilities- Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles.
- Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as:
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures, etc.
- Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as:
- Collaborate with business users.
- Project managers.
- Developers, and other key stakeholders, etc.
- Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as:
- Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as:
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements, with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project life cycles.
- Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.
- Proficiency in developing process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business users, project managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Hands‑on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements, including participation in system testing and validation activities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
