We are a boutique agency based in LA with an office in New York.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, confirm jobs, send and receive deal memos, receipts, and manage overall job expenses
• Meet agency objectives and monthly income targets
• Present models to new and existing clients
• Scout new talent (in person or through social media)
• Build new client relationships

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Build new agency relationships worldwide for model placement
• Build new client relationships worldwide for model placement
• Manage and develop new talent

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in talent management
• Proficient in social media management and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of agency management and talent acquisition processes
• Familiarity with contracts and sales techniques
• Experience in recruiting and industry relationship building
• Ability to promote talent through various channels
