Job title: Business Analyst 3

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension as per client business needs

Client: Automotive

Pay range: $40 – $48 per hour (W2) based on experience

Work Schedule: Hybrid – onsite office Tue‑Thu during work hours, work from home Mon & Fri. Daily shift 8:00 AM –5:00 PM.

• The main function is to perform analysis on automotive sales, pricing, and incentives, identifying data insights, developing reports, and presenting findings to management.
• Analyze large data sets from multiple sources; identify trends and compile data into meaningful charts and graphs.
• Understand and present the data story, adapting the message for different audiences.
• Advance technical expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
• Creativity from a PowerPoint perspective.
• Solid understanding of microeconomics (preferred); grasp supply‑demand relationships, price/incentive impact on consumer behavior, elasticity calculations.
• Prior experience with automotive sales, product and/or incentive pricing data is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
• Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Provide regular reporting (e.g., updates on EV tax credit changes 1–2 times per week).
• Deliver standard recurring reports as needed.
• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Translate data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership decision‑making.
• Prepare and present data‑driven insights to internal leadership concisely and impactfully.

Role may be extended based on performance and budget availability. Potential for direct engagement based on performance.
