The Marketing Enablement Manager will strengthen our global marketing organization by designing and delivering engaging training, enabling teams to adopt marketing technologies, CRM processes, and best practices. This role is ideal for a trainer who can translate technical tools into clear, practical guidance to improve productivity, support compliance, and drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and maintain training programs that make marketing technology, CRM processes, and best practices clear, engaging, and easy to adopt.
- Lead structured onboarding for new team members and provide ongoing development for staff across all global offices.
- Ensure consistent adoption of marketing processes, systems, and compliance requirements, supporting smooth rollout of new initiatives.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for Hub Spot and related tools, maximizing value and usage.
- Develop accessible resources (guides, playbooks, FAQs) to support day‑to‑day learning and promote self‑sufficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and regional leads to align training, processes, and performance expectations.
- Gather feedback, track enablement impact, and refine programs to keep training relevant, effective, and scalable.
- Forward‑thinking and solutions‑oriented with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively resolve issues.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, experienced in training diverse teams in a clear, engaging, and approachable way.
- High digital literacy, including general IT proficiency and hands‑on experience with marketing technologies (e.g., Hub Spot, Demandbase).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage, interpret, and simplify large datasets for practical business use.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust across regions and functions.
- Balanced approach – confident and assertive when needed, while maintaining flexibility, empathy, and a positive, engaging style.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales processes, including lead management, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices in data governance.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with strong multitasking skills and ability to deliver under deadlines in a fast‑moving global environment.
