You’re the first voice a client hears and the first face they see.
Your primary responsibility is to know your clients so well that you anticipate their needs. You & the advisor work together to help clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll provide seamless support to clients. You’ll help manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive experience. This role offers growth in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Support Overview- Comprehensive 6‑month training with an experienced mentor
- Wide support network from branch to region to the home office

- Deliver exceptional, personalized service so clients feel understood and informed
- Play an active role in the annual business‑planning process to develop future strategies
- Listen for client life events that may signal a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events
- Handle outbound and inbound calls, e‑mail, and in‑person interactions to provide service
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain a superior experience
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal staff
- Manage account opening, transfers, and other requests as directed by the financial advisor
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and keep accurate client records
- Support administrative tasks: schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, and assist marketing initiatives
- Continuously learn and adopt new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software

Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new tools and software.
