We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), drive revenue growth, and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with our business goals.
This is a remote position; however, the successful candidate must reside within the United States.
- Hire, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop individual growth plans to support career development and skill advancement
- Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct regular coaching and reviews
- Oversee Salesforce usage and ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and pipeline
- Execute sales strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales
- Participate in selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing
- Support territory planning and account segmentation
- Foster a culture of accountability, development, and ethical behavior
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries required
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership, planning, and business acumen
- Ability to travel up to 30% as needed

Compensation: The base salary range is $100K-$115K. This position is eligible for incentive pay.
