This role supports the In‑School Campus Relationship Team by maintaining SOPs, reporting, trend analysis, and RFP management. You will work closely with the Sales and Campus Relationship Teams to provide insights and support to schools.

• Maintain and update Campus Relationship Team SOPs as required.
• Perform daily reporting in Tableau, Salesforce, and Genesys to share insights with the management team.
• Share insights with In‑School Loan management regarding root causes, trend identification, and advocate on schools’ behalf.
• Execute controls on a scheduled basis, ensuring evidence is maintained and trackable.
• Ensure accurate information in RFPs and support materials.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable information to SoFi teams.
• Improve sales and customer service knowledge through ongoing training.
• Maintain the RFP library in Google Sheets or other appropriate tools.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to stay aligned with product changes.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Draft RFPs for the Sales Team and manage workflow and reporting for RFPs in flight.
• Maintain third‑party marketing sites, including pricing and program differentiation.
• Perform competitive research and share results with management.
• Maintain slide library for frequently used slides.
• Support Sales Support/Administration team members as required.

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in consumer lending or higher education finance.
• Knowledge of the financial aid process, FAFSA and other relevant terminology.
• Aptitude for understanding, building, and maintaining processes and executing on controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with SoFi team members.
• Grace under pressure and ability to navigate complex work assignments efficiently.
• Resourceful with strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Self‑motivated and productive in both team and independent work.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to move between projects quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Advanced computer skills with solid proficiency in Google Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, and Genesys.
