• Collaborate with field operations, marketing, and management to provide real-time reports and data
• Identify opportunities to maximize production and initiate corrective actions with field operations
• Monitor facilities to detect equipment failures and communicate critical events to personnel
• Manage SCADA alarms and dispatch service providers as needed
• Assist field operations during incidents or emergencies

• Minimum of 5 years of Lease Operator/Field Production Experience
• I&E field tech or Lease Operator experience with at least 2 years
• Experience in O&G control room/field operations, including pipelines and SWDs
• Proficiency in control systems and monitoring tools relevant to remote operations
• High School diploma or GED required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Power
  
  BI, Zoom, and RDC
• Ability to work shifts and adapt to a 24/7 on-call schedule
