• Facilitate customer requests via email, fax, and telephone while managing incoming correspondence
• Manage inventory reports and update existing inventory in company and/or client operating systems
• Maintain and develop client/attorney-closing relationships
• Monitor processes and resolve issues to keep workflows on track, reporting any issues to the manager
• Coordinate and confirm title clearance with title providers

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in escrow/title or curative lender role
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

• Experience with company and/or client operating systems
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment in complex situations
