A day in the life of an Associate includes serving as the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You will work on multiple projects from investors, strategists and deal makers at top-tier client organizations, requiring you to multitask across parallel work streams in a communications-intensive frontline role.

• Recruiting experts: spend a significant part of the day speaking with experts who are relevant matches for clients’ projects, often under tight deadlines.
• Understanding project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
• Taking ownership of project aspects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.

You’ll need to bring your A game to work daily. We are looking for:

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Portuguese is required.
• Work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available, but STEM/OPT eligibility will be considered.

• Total first-year compensation range: $90-110k (base salary $75,000 with uncapped variable compensation tied to individual performance).
• 17 vacation days, 10 public holidays, and winter holiday week closure.

• 401(k) with 4% company match.
• Prime midtown office with modern amenities; option to work from home each Friday.
• Base salary increases to $80,000 after July 2026.
