Sr. Sales Assistant - Remote

• Provide administrative support to sales representatives and channel partners, including contract facilitation and order processing
• Answer questions regarding the organization's products and services, assisting with customer service functions as needed
• Track transactions, order status, and quotes while assisting with client relationship management
• Manage invoice reconciliation and support product training and financing
• Maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

• Customer service oriented with a passion for delivering beyond expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the Real Estate/Title industry

• Experience in a sales support role within the real estate or title industry
• Familiarity with transaction tracking and client relationship management systems
