We’re expanding our Venture Partner Network — a community of founders, operators, and investors who help connect high-potential startups and accredited investors with Initio Capital’s deal flow and support infrastructure.

As a Venture Partner, you will:

Source and refer promising startups and investor leads that align with Initio Capital’s ecosystem.

Leverage your network to introduce founders, angel investors, and syndicate partners.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and warm introductions.

Represent Initio Capital within your professional and industry network.

Carry & Commissions: Performance-based earnings, including referral bonuses and optional reinvestment into fund opportunities.
