Talent Pop App seeks a highly organized Shopify Store Assistant to join our 100% remote team. We empower fast-growing brands with world‑class administrative and operational support. • Store Management:
  Keep Shopify stores running smoothly, ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Product & Inventory:
  Take charge of product listings, upload and optimize new items, track inventory levels, and coordinate restocks.
• Order Operations:
  Assist with order management, fulfillment tracking, processing refunds and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Data Analysis:
  Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to perform data analysis and reporting that drives business decisions.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns.

• Minimum 1 year of online or remote work experience.
• 1 year of hands‑on Shopify experience in store management, product uploads, or app integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Zendesk, Click Up, Asana, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Bonus:
